Yes, our name is not mentioned at all during your customer experience. From hostnames to nameservers, your customers are your customers. Even with our end-user support, we’ll answer the tickets generically. 

Do you provide private/custom nameservers?

Yes, we offer these and will provide IP addresses for your nameservers.  These will be our core clustered nameserver built for fast responses and resiliency. This will enable you to setup GLUE records and sub-domain names pointed to the ip addresses so you can advertise ns1.yourdomain.com & ns2.yourdomain.com.

Do you provide End-User/Outsourced support?

Yes, we offer a basic email only service free of charge. For better response times and live chat/freephone support at an additional cost. 

Do you provide WHMCS licences?
