Being helpful is in our fabric, it’s a past time, a routine, a company policy. Whether the customer needs help setting up an email account or resolving a fault on your website, we’re just a live chat, email or phone call away.
We work either from the data centre or from home with a varying workload during the day. Typically we get busier in the afternoon and evenings and have experience peaks when competitors fall over. We won’t rate you on KPI’s or reward people based on performance, we do things slightly differently .
