We host websites in 4 data centres based in the UK, US & India. 

We do not sell data, contact details or any information to third parties. We do not store financial data on public servers and our payment providers are fully GDPR & UK law compliant. 

What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?

Just by visiting our website or servers, We will log IP addresses for analyst monitoring for operational and security threat tracking. It will help us determine if any DDOS attacks are beginning or a customer’s website is getting popular and more capacity is needed. We will also monitor the operating system, location and browser being used for statistical and technical support reporting. We do not sell this data.

Ordering & Customer Support

We will ask for your name and contact information, this will stored in a secure database which is not linked to any financial data. Any financial transactions is happen over a secure, encrypted transaction based on our payment providers systemes, giving you a compliant payment process. We do not sell this data.

We provide a user control panel for account management using a username and password authentication over a secure encrypted system. We monitor user behavior and usage to assist us to build a better control panel. We do not sell this data.

Cookies

We store only the information you have provided, which we reserve the right to vet via a local checking / vetting company.
